Antique Computing Instrument Collection - Arithma Addiator

This German made addiator comes with the instruction sheet and a vinyl coated carrying case, as shown in the above picture, all in very good condition. It is dated to c1962 according to this page. Although long been out of production, it can still be easily found on eBay and other auction sites and can be acquired cheaply, for, as indicated in the instruction manual of this one, there were "over 4 million addiators in use in 91 countries" at the 60's. So I guess the supply is still quite larger than the demand for the time being. A fascination little machine nonetheless.
