Antique Measuring Instrument Collection - Brass Proportional Divider

This divider only has the scales for dividing lines and circles, and there is no makers signature or mark. Nevertheless a proportional divider of exactly the same shape and material can be found online at the National Maritime Museum, which is a fully divided one (i.e. has scales for circles, lines, plans and solids) made by William Harris & Co. and dated to c1830.
